Ramadan (the Muslim month of fasting) is right around the corner. During this month Muslims fast (abstain completely) from food and drink, among other things, from sun up to sun down. For those of us in the northern hemisphere that means very long fasts. Many Muslims will be fasting for ~16 hours a day.
I have received quite few questions about different aspects of fasting like when to work out, what to eat in the pre-dawn meal, and how to stay hydrated. I will cover those questions and a few general tips as well in this session.
This will also be a good webinar for non Muslims that work with Muslims especially within the health field.
